About Founder
Farah Mir in 2024 is featured in the Top 100 Innovators and Entrepreneurs magazine.
Farah is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of progressive leadership experience in both the public and private sector and has been in executive positions as a Global PMO Leader. She has spearheaded high visibility transformation initiatives at innovative organizations. Farah has leveraged her education and work experience to facilitate organizational growth for leading-edge renowned clients globally. Including Manitoba Shared Services, Fasken LLP, Roche Pharmaceuticals, University Health Network, eHealth, Sick Kids, BLG LLP, TD Bank, Ontario Power Generation are some of the firms that Farah has supported in her program leadership. Farah is a broad thinker; she bridges the gap between strategy and execution with a unique ability to devise the “big picture” and then operationalize it. Farah has worked extensively with C-Level and Middle Management to define and embrace transformation.
Farah Mir has long been passionate about driving change in organizations that make a difference. Her founding of HeraStone Global Consulting was inspired by her passion to deliver results and creating a legacy of environmental stewardship, global impact, and women’s empowerment.
